Description

Come join us to plant native plants grown by Wild Woods volunteers at a new restoration site in Black Rock Forest.

ACTIVITY: We'll be digging holes and planting small plants -plug and quart size.

BRING: Bring your own favorite shovel and garden gloves if you have them. We will have some tools and gloves available to borrow as well. Bring your own snack and water. Dress for the weather and be prepared to get dirty.

LOCATION: We'll be meeting at Black Rock Forest, 235 Reservoir Road, Cornwall, NY.  We'll carpool from there to an interior site in the forest. There is only a short walk over level trails to reach the restoration site. The site itself is sloped with uneven footing.
