Native Planting at Armstrong Preserve 9/23/2024

Come help us restore forest habitat by planting native plants at Pound Ridge Land Conservancy's Armstrong Preserve in Pound Ridge, NY (Westchester Co.).

You’ll work with the Wild Woods Restoration Project volunteers who have grown the native plants we'll be planting from locally-collected seeds. No experience is necessary. We provide the tools.

This planting site is a short distance from parking on a level trail. We'll be planting small plants within a fenced area to protect the plantings from deer.

REGISTER: Event is limited to 10 participants. Advanced registration is required.

More details about meeting location will be provided on sign-up. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after registering. If you do not, please contact us for important event details.
